I have TRWP recovery installed. When I install custom pie 9, the ZTE ZMAX z9871 boots normal but when I install lineage 14.1 it is stuck on start screen

I tried to install 14.1 on ZTE Zmax pro Z981 but stuck at start up screen

I have custom recovery TWRP installed. Custop ROM 16 lineage works fine on my phone. But when I install 14.1 it will not boot. Stuck on the screen shown in the picture.

Someone said to install MAGISK. How do I install MAGISK with TWRP?
