I'm trying to do the ROM update with T-Mobile UK, I've updated other phones before no problems. I've got HTC Sync installed and I've made sure there is no unlock pattern nothing goes into standby and the phone is almost fully charged.
The phone connects and syncs but when I go to run the update the phone disconnects and won't recognise. Can anyone offer some hints and tips here? I've never had this kind of problem before.
