Help ROM update support

Hi All,

I got my flytouch 3 apad last week and i want to reflash to tim latest ROM 5a.

My current firmware is 20110530 (how to confirm whether it is a from custom rom or from original rom) and it is working fine except for adhoc wifi and GPS stuct to shangai.

My question is once i reflash 2 tim custom rom and if somethings goes wrong den how do i get back to the original firmware. Please provide me the location of the original 20110530 firmware.

or

is there any way to take a back up of the firmware from the tablet itself and restore it back when there is a problem.



There is a method to reset to factory. what exactly it will do.

don't worry about anything going wrong iv'e flashed near-on 150 tablets and they have never gone wrong on flashing,if you ever want to go back to your old firmware then ujust do a web search {original 20110530 firmware} but once you have gone to moded firmware you will not want manufactuer firmware again,the gps issue everyone gets it tims 5a solves it
a little better you need your gps fixes in your country 1st before you can sort out china map? also most people download navigation and a map that works without wifi on
