Ok, I'll extrapolate on your question and assume you were also asking which ones? Well at this point, most of the ROMs being developed are tweaked pretty well to possitively affect battery life. Any Sense based ROM should have 4G working. I personally prefer Myns and Fresh. After flashing one of these ROMs then you can play around with different kernels and find out which one gives you the best battery life. Each Evo and each Evo user is different - the "best" combination is individual.

i would just add EVIO rom to this list

i have only used it for a few days but it is showing VERY good battery life... it has a nice HD feel to it too

+1 this rom has been great for me on battery life right out of the box.
