Root ROMDUMP of U8652

Lurker
I have a brand new U8652 and I wanted to do a romdump of the phone before installing CWM and playing around with custom ROMs. I downloaded romdump v72, got adb working with my phone, and attempted to run it but I kept getting segmentation fault messages. I then downloaded romdump v82b and that seems to run fine but all I get in the romdump folder is the following:

<bunch of alpha characters> ----- empty folder
checksum.md5 ------------------- 1KB file
config.gz ------------------------ 0 KB file
system.info.gz ------------------- 1 KB file
system.tar ----------------------- 184,535 KB file

It looks to me like the only thing that got dumped was the system partition of my phone. I was expecting to also have a dump of the boot and recovery partitions. Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated!
