No cell0ne, That thick down arrow is a notification icon which is changed by me. Nothing can be done on your end. You need to check your network connectivity to see that adequate Internet speed is being received by your cellphone. This is a common Google Play/Market problem and was encountered by me even on Stock Micromax ROM.

So it's not a ROM bug. Well yes, if you do not like that notification icon you can request a new framework. I'll make a update package for you and you can flash it. You will still stay with overscroll's and other changes just those icon's will be reverted to stock.

Do tell me, as per your wish.

Download Successfully .....:D
MX player not work after downloading codec ( do something for this because MX player is best player)

performance good, downloading sign arrow also good.

MX Player 1.6e and FFMPEG+VFD 1.6e Codecs share the same Application ID. Due to Package Installer restrictions Same Application ID installations are not supported by Market/Play. Even if you download Codecs from the market, they would not install.
I know MX Player is a good player, but you need to contact MX developers to add support for Micromax A75. It is not a ROM error.

aayushdutta,

Installed your ROM ver. 1 today. Installation went on smoothly, and I am happy to use this ROM. Thanks, once again, for this fantastic ROM.

I would like to install link2SD, is it possible to do so? Or, ver 2 is required? Basically, I would not like to add the other extras in ver.2, just link2SD alone. Please guide me for doing the same.

Also, I would like to install the Music Player in ninad's first ROM (the MIUI styled one). Can it be made available as .zip flash?

Thanks in advance,
Saji P Varghese

Feature Request Accepted! I would make a ZIP Archive for you to flash. It would contain two things:-

1) Link2SD Application w/ Setup
2) MIUI Style Music Player

Check the OP's Download Area for Package Download...

Aayush, rom is fast, working everything is nice
pls add
good Screen lock, good Music player, good Video Player and theme manager :D

Well bro, I am sorry to say. Changing the lockscreen requires editting mtkbase-res.apk which is quite hefty job. Let more senior dev's look into this...

But yes, please state whichever Music Player you require and whichever Video Player you require. I'll make a package for you to download....

PowerAMP, Ok! I tried it before but it FC's... Maybe the particular package problem. I'll add it, Please confirm is it "M"VideoPlayer or "MX"VideoPlayer??

And please note, this package release might take a day or two as I need to test both players as WORKING before providing any links...

Anyways, thanks... :)

Installed the ZIP. It contains only Link2SD and no MIUI Style Music Player.
Link2SD is not supporting ext2 partition. I had repartitioned my SD card, allocated a 500 MB partition formatted as ext2. While running Link2SD, it says,
"Mount script cannot be created.
mount: No such device.
ext2 may not be supported on your device. Try FAT32 on the second partition."

What to do now? Have I missed something? Please note that I am running ver. 1 of your ROM.
Please help...

Saji

Before I can help you, I need some more details.

1) Open root explorer and check that ext2.ko file is located in system/lib/modules.
2) Did you partition your SD card as both PRIMARY File System? If you considered a SECONDARY File System repartition as PRIMARY.

Also, you must not quote the Feature Post. You should have quoted that last post about Link2SD Flashable Archive. I've never said in the OP Brackets that I've included the MIUI Player. Please read links and brackets carefully... :)
