roms?

So I come from the Spectrum community and I thought that was a small group...with little dev work.

What do we need for the Lucid to have a few roms? What are we missing?

Nothing?

On the Spectrums we just got ICS to boot.... before VZ.

From my understanding, the LG Connect is the sister phone, but still differences in the the rom. I have an LG Spectrum and I thought it was ironic my work sent me the Lucid.

Help me Help you.

Sorry. :) It's a sad state of affairs over here. Drives me nuts when older LG devices have CM10, but all the Lucid has is an incomplete port of a Connect Rom. If I had an inordinate amount of time on my hands, I might become a developer. But I don't. :o

The Lucid is a great phone, I just don't understand why there isn't more interest in this phone. Great bang for buck, guess it was because all the Verizon employees were pushing folks to get the Droid Razor, and I mean pushing hard. I was looking at the Lucid (to see it in person and see how well it worked before work sent me mine) and the Employee was sure bashing the Lucid and most of the others in favor of the Razor.... Well to be truthful they were trying their darndest to get me into a Iphone, when I told them the company provided it and it needed to be an Android the Razor became the record skipping statement on everything..... LOL He even told me when I got it to not unbox it and bring it in and they could or would swap it out for a better phone..... LOL

ya its a smooth phone even with all the bloatware. i have uninstalled(not froze) like 30 or so lg/vz apps. I am quite happy with it and seems easier to send email on than my large screen Spectrum.

So this is the Lucid vs Connect differences, just my way of noting things. I want to get PlayfullGod's BlackPlague v1.2 for the Connect to work on our Lucid's.
