Root root access without unlocking bootloader

Yeah! Everything's working but I'm looking at a touchwiz themed ROM but its for 4.2 is it okay for me to flash it? I really want touchwiz on my nexus

Just as long as it's actually meant for the Nexus 4, you should be fine. Flashing a touchwiz rom meant for a various galaxy phone would likely hard brick your device. If you would like me to verify for you before you flash, you can post a link to the rom and I'll check it out for you. :)
 
There are a couple of roms out there like that. I think there's also one out there meant to look the the Xperia Z. As long as it's meant for the Nexus 4, it would be safe to flash. Just wanted to make sure because I'd hate to see you hard brick your device due to confusion.
