but what's supported kernel ?

Some apps require 2.2 Froyo. Look on the right side of the info page in Market to see if this is the case.

Nope 1. 5 or higher it just said I also need root and kernel

Which app is it? Does it give you a list of kernels? You can check your kernel version under settings/ About Phone. Mine is 2.6.29, which yours should be as well unless you've changed your rom.
Without knowing the app the only other thing I can think of is that maybe it's an app for a custom rom. I'll check back in the morning and see if I can help you further.

Here is the problem be has to configure his program for each device. So he may not have done it yet for the Ascend.

The good news is that our kernel is available. Ask the programer and he might do it especially with how popular this phone is becoming. I'll buy the app if he configures it for our phone.

Also you have to know about tcp/ip filtering to use it. It's not for the casual user.
