Anyway to root droid incredible 2.3.4 baseband version 2.15.10.07.07? I have tried everything I can think to no avail, I do not want to downgrade if possible but it is looking like this is the only option. Thanks!

I believe you can follow the "Root and Downgrade" instructions in thread stickied on the top of this thread, and just do the root part of that. It's not advised (downgrading so you can go S-off opens a number of options, especially for recovery the phone if something goes awry), and if you plan on flashing a rom you DEFINITELY want to downgrade first. Also, once you're rooted, and have access to Ti backup (or other root backup tools) downgrading really isn't that much of a hassle.
However, if you stick with the stock software you should be fine just following the rooting instructions and ignoring the downgrading steps.
That's what i figured just wanted to see if there was another way, my phone is currently S-off with the 2.3.4 but I still cant get super user and root access. Thanks for the reply!
