Root Root Help!!

I have created a goldcard (so i think. I can open it after i do the Hex editor anyway). Then i put the sappimg.zip on my card and turn the phone off. then power it back on holding power and volume down. it enters fastboot and then says model ID incorrect, FAIL!!! What am i doing wrong, Please help!!

I had this same problem. Unzip the Gold Card and then use that file when you're using the Hex Editor.
