Root Root help

Hi there, I am completely new to android platform. now i was searching for a solution to get rid of sluggishness of my device and i came across this forum. I read that rooting could make my device work faster. but problem is i hardly understood how to root. on that there are so many different files in different threads that is really confusing, and i also read many users bricking their devices now i don't want anything of that sort to happen to my device so now can you please and please give me step by step instructions to root my Micromax A75 and exact files to be downloaded ?

done just that. now my phone is rooted. but this phone is kinda slow to react can you please suggest something....?

Download Busybox and Titanium backup and remove the unwanted apps...
