Can you root the Samsung Galaxy Reverb with Poot?

If you're still running ICS (4.0.x) then yes, Poot works.

If you've upgraded to Jellybean (4.1.x) then you need to follow the instructions in this thread:

Lmfao so this your new phone.How do you like it though dont have one and when conversing about other phones its through reality prowess simultaneously years of ex via my behlaf(been modding phones way before android even came fruition).Was gonna get a Reverb myself but I'm old school cupcake,ecliar,froyo,and gingerbread wise not that new crap known as ICS and JB.Kills battery way to fast
