Root Root my Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 SM-T210??

HELP!!! I need to re root my samsung galaxy tab 2 T210, I rooted it and now the display is all messed up. on auto the screen is really dark, and when I try to manually brighten the screen it flickers really bad. What can I do. I am desperate.

Can you get to recovery?
 
not sure am trying now
I didnt do a back up though, I have reset to factory default, but it is still flickering. KI am in so much trouble
 
I got to recovery, and reset the device but it is still flickering. I have tried through kies, but it says it cant support the device, and when I try the emergency firrmware recovery on kies, the language is not english, so I dont know what it is asking, it looks like webdings or something equally confusing
 
Xda developers forum has a bunch of good stock roms. some of them are up to 4.2.2.

I am assuming since he posted in the Galaxy tab 3 7 forums that is the device he is talking about.
