I know youll think this is dumb at first

root or no root, could and OV be like a repeater

not only use internet via WiFi but also share the same internet via WiFi, extending the power range.

now the reason is, man does and OV broadcast WiFi well, I can get far from it and get good signal through many walls or things.

As far as I know, it cannot do this. When you try to turn on hotspot it disables the wifi automatically.
