I have uninstalled all the HTC drivers, and installed the one from AAHK. When I open the ace program it tells me i am not the admin, press any key to close. Please help.

This is just a guess, try holding shift and right-clicking the program and see if there is an option to "run as administrator".

You might also consider making an ubuntu live cd. The process seems to go a lil smoother on a Mac or linux

Okay assuming you are using winVista/7 etc. Go to the folder you have hack-ace in, don't open it, right click on it and select "Copy Path" now go to Start>Type Cmd>Right click>Run as Admin, then when the terminal opens type CD and then paste the path you copied by right clicking and selecting paste after that press enter, now just drag the hack-ace file into the terminal. Hope this helps.
