ive got a copy of it too.. but be aware that using it(and using 64 bit) is not recomended. there must have been some issues with the windows program(it did work fine for me) or they wouldnt have pulled the link.
if you decide to go ahead with the windows version,dont go to IRC and ask for help- they wont help you,and they wont be very nice

It's too bad they restricted support to IRC. It would have been useful to see the problems people had.

I got kicked out of irc for using xp then problem solved using xda and myself then grew a pair and said fck it then to my delight success!

there must have been some sort of issues with it... it worked fine for me,but i have helped folks with some really wierd connectivity issues on windows.its very driver sensative,and very suseptible to things running and interfering with the phones comunication. depending on the "delicateness" of the process,i can see how theyd rather be safe than sorry if an improper PC environment has more than a slim chance of really fudging something up
i really wish i was better with linux,as much as i love to mess with phones,its the better OS to use.

It's not at all hard to boot a LiveCD so I can see why they would restrict their support issues. That they do support at all is pretty amazing.

unlocking and flashing recovery on an s on phone is fairly harmless. 64bit is supposedly somewhat unstable when working with the phone,so its somewhat of a gamble to use it when manipulating important "wont boot if theyre borked" parts of your phone
lots of folks have had success with 64 bit on jp bear and dirty racun. unfortunately that doesnt gaurantee that everyone else will. just something to consider if you decide to do it.

Thanks. But as it is I am happy with the device. It's fast. Battery is good. I can run root apps. It's all good.
With my OG Inc and Rezound I was a flashing whore. All in attempts to gain better battery and certain functions. I have all that now and still like the OS. So I'm good.
