I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sick of the forum comments claiming a program from GINGER BREAK to ONE CLICK rooting this model.
IS THERE A SIMPLER WAY TO ROOT THIS Good Darn phone...also all you nice programming experts...what apps should you put on your 16gB SD CARD...all the ones the phone will allow
I managed AT FIRST to decipher ll the BS on forums, and NOW want to GET RID of all the BULLSH@T I have put zipped, unzipped ON MY SD CARD..I WANT IT GONE...please help if you can relate
AND what folders are standard on an ANDROID file system?
I guess it all depends what freaking apps you put on there RIGHT..mine looks like the setlist from a Guns and Roses concert..all kinds of folders
I cannot even get TRANSFORMAPHONE.bat to OPEN...what app do you need ON YOR PHONE for that one to pop?????

Not sure about the attiude, but I'm Brand new to customizing a phone. Only after a few weeks joining this forum (Best Forum ever!), I'm able to root, unroot, Flash custom, and restore back to orginal Stock. It appears you have somehow started off wrong. (Who is to blame?) Consider yourself lucky it is not Bricked! If you really want help just ask. Depending on your phone, you will need PC phone drivers, Odin, CWM recovery.tar, your phones OPS file, and files to root phone, etc. Loota has a great tutorial video here is the link if you have a Tranform Ultra! No need for the attitude. The one click root only works on phones running 2.3.4. You have to download the one in this thread, not from somewhere else on the net.

The CWM .bat file you are referring to is to be ran on your computer, not the phone. It clearly states this in the instructions here:

On windows, run the .bat to install
On mac/linux, run the .sh to install.

There are lots of users here who are willing to help you if you just ask.

If ur SD card is loaded with junk ur best bet would be to save whatever files u want to ur computer, format ur SD card and then use the above mentioned links to root
