The SuperOneClick method no longer works at least for the Rogers LG Optimus 3D P925G after the Stock Gingerbread Update issued Feb 1, 2012.
Below is the method for the above mentions phones.
Disclaimer: Rooting, flashing custom recovery and/or ROMs voids your phones warranty. It also carries with it the potential to "brick" your phone. Use at your own risk. I some situations using the LG Updater's Recovery Update option can fix soft bricks. But there is always the potential to ruin the device if not done correctly or with the correct software for that device.
Advice: Read up on rooting, flashing custom recoveries/ROMs before doing anything. If you are not confident enough to do it then DON'T. Better to be safe than end up with a brick.
Anyone interested in rooting the Official LG Optimus 3D P925G Gingerbread v20c update should avoid Super One Click as this doesn't work with this update.
I did however find this link which worked for me to root this device after the update.
Also if you wanted to use ClockworkMod's ROM Manager to flash a recovery you need to get an older one version 4.8.0.6 located here Choose teh LG Optimus 3D option.
Then if you want to get fancier you can install the ClockWork Recovery Touch go here
