Root Root Successful, but a few Questions...

Sort of new to the whole Droid/ADB stuff. Def. familiare with cracking the Apples. Learning as I go, so forgive me if these are ignorant questions.

I have superuser and Rom Manager Loaded. I was trying to delete all the bloatware manually. It confirms the delete, but for some reason the bloatware reappears? Anybody know whats going on here? I have rebooted, etc.

What programs are def. a must for a rooted phone?

Sideloading Apps -- I assume that I can just plug phone in computer and load up the .apk files into the designated folders?

To sideload apps there are two ways, you can either push them to the /system/apps or /data/apps folder using ADB, or simply put them on your SD card and use a file manager (I recomend Root Explorer) and then simply instal them (you must have Unknown Sources checked in Settings>Applications).

Again welcome to Android and rooting, this forum is awesome and there are tons of developers and fellow rooters here to help.

Any idea on why these pre loaded apps won't come off?

That's the thing, I deleted it with TiBu, and now it wont show up in TiBu and I can't find anything about it in Root Explorer. The app isn't there yet it still runs and shows up in the app drawer...
 
Everytime I have uninstalled an App with Titanium, its gone, not sure where issue is. Might I recommend MikRom, you should flash a custom ROM, most of the bloat is already gone, and is usually faster, and has nice skins.
 
for what its worth,i froze blockbuster(and several others :p) with titanium and it disapeared immediately. at first i thot id give it acouple days and delete them,but im not seeing any real advantage to doing that over installing something like virusROM.
