Running stock 1.5.
would it be possible, to attain root for 1.5, instead of rooting to a 2.1 ROM.
I'm currently fine with my phone on 1.5, I would just like to attain root to be able to delete a few apps and what not.
I'm not against 2.1 ROMS or anything like that, I'm so torn between rooting and not. I have all the files downloaded waiting for me.
I'm just not sure what ROM to go with. I like sense. I'm not married to it though. But I would like a stable ROM that isn't too confusing for me, I'm not familiar with root, although I have read a lot of info so I think I'll be fine.
Also, I'm not too familiar with O/C. So any suggestions as for a stable ROM that doesn't have many issues, IE. all soft keys work and light up right. stuff like that.
