Unless you have tried this On the V your help with this question is worthless, this is why there is serrate phone sub forums,if every app or issues where the same on all android phones you could just have 1 big forum.

Is there an app that will uninstall the pre-installed software without having to change your rom or rooting your phone. The phone is great other than the lack of memory it has.

No you will need to root the phone to remove the bloat.

and getting rid of the preinstalled bloatware apps will not increase your app storage memory

Is there another program to use other than Root Uninstaller. Since the most recent update they want you to use the pro version to unfreeze programs. Any suggestions.

Use Titanium pro, this is the best for just rooted phones.it is only couple of bucks but well worth it,will save you in the long run if something goes wrong.
