Root Root & Virtuous: App issues

Since rooting and installing Virtuous, I've ben very pleased. However, I've just encountered a few issues.

1. My Tech Buzz Widget has stopped updating, even when manually refreshed.

2. The following the apps are not able to update: Earth, Slice It, and ROM Manager.

Any suggestions?

Not running TechBuzz or SliceIt, but ROM Manager has updated several times since I loaded Virtuous 3.1.

Which kernel are you using?

Hmmmm. Guess I posted prematurely. I think I've solved the problems.

1. My Tech Buzz Widget has stopped updating, even when manually refreshed.

As it turns out, they had a server issue which caused the app the cease functioning properly. It's now back to working like normal.

2. The following the apps are not able to update: Earth, Slice It, and ROM Manager.

All three apps were installed to the SD card. After moving them back to the phone, they seem to all be functioning as normal.

Anyway, I suppose that solves things for now.

As for what Kernel I have installed, I have not done that. Honestly, I really don't know what all is involved or what advantages I would be afforded.
