Root Root with the latest update

Do you guys know if we can have root with the latest update? I want to go back to a vanilla stock with all the updates and root.

I know how to do that without the latest update (with appache's root)

If anyone is interested, here is what I did:

1. I started from unlocked bootloader with CWM and a custom rom
2. I returned to "full stock" using the file from http://androidforums.com/evo-design...78-root-stock-rooted-rom-no-cwm-required.html
3. I applied all the OTA updates
4. I installed CWM (the full stock method removed CWM) following the instructions from http://androidforums.com/evo-design...n-4g-all-carriers-root-guide.html#post4858253
5. Installed the latest superuser using recovery from: Superuser
6. I used "BusyBox Installer" from the market to install busybox https://play.google.com/store/apps/...DYsImNvbS5qcnVtbXkuYnVzeWJveC5pbnN0YWxsZXIiXQ..

I now have the latest stock version (boost) and root. Not sure why, but with the custom rom I was using I had dropped calls (especially if the call was >15mins) and problems with my bluetooth disconnecting.

Since I did the above, I had a couple of one hour long calls using bluetooth in the same spot with no disconnections of any kind. It could be coincidence, but so far so good.
