trying to root my lg optimus m. z4root is not working anymore.
can anyone help?

Most likely your phone came stock with 2.2.1 z4root will not work. Follow the tutorial very carefully in the thread root 2.2.1 and get data working. Make sure you read very carefully. There's also a thread started by mikelso with video tutorial. The links are in the sticky thread in the LG Optimus M main forum. Sorry I'm at work posting on my phone otherwise. I'd copy/paste

my manual says its 2.2. could it be 2.2.1?
and i allready rooted the same phone with z4root, cant get it to work on same phone new.could they have blocked or stoped 4zroot from working?

The book is a lie. Believe only what your phone tells you.
Menu -> Settings -> About phone -> Android version: 2.2 or 2.2.1?
