Root Rooted 2.1 to Rooted 2.2?

I have my evo rooted to Supersonic_1.32.651.1_rooted

Well, Froyo is better, time to upgrade, but I'm not sure what I should do, flash back to stock 2.1 and then to 2.2 rooted or is there a way to simply flash a rooted rom now?

Sorry for the stupid question. I'm a little overwhelmed.

I was wondering the same thing also, can you just root over a root?

I have a link in my sig to a rooted stock ROM.

Dude, just flash the rooted stock rom in recovery and you will have 2.2 Froyo. Don't forget to flash the new radios as well. There is never any real need to root again.

You aren't really "rooting over root". Once you are rooted you can simply flash any rooted ROM you wish. So if you are running 2.1.. just flash a 2.2 ROM and you are set. You can then just as easily go back to a rooted 2.1 ROM if you so wish.
