Root Rooted 2.2.1 - Custom ROM & Recovery installed. No service

I have a custom rom installed and custom recovery installed but I am unable to make\receive calls, texts, everything. The data portion of the phone isn't functional, is there a way to fix this?

Is this the only fix?
