Help Rooted 4.4.2> OTA 4.4.4 (SM900A)

I have an AT&T Note 3 (900A), I'm currently running rooted 4.4.2, I have not removed any bloatware or anything. I only rooted to run certain apps and xposed modules. Is it possible to accept the ota update without messing up my phone, and if I can will it cause me to loose root.

Update: 12 hours after it downloaded the update it forced the update. It failed to update and I still have root access.
