Root Rooted and flashed Fresh

Now I am having a few small issues. After restoring apps and data with Titanium, I end up missing some of my widgets such as GTasks and BattStatt. They show as installed in programs but won't activate.

Also, I set my phone up completely and powered down to reboot. When I turned the phone back on many of my settings did not take.

Ideas????

regarding the widgets, do you have any apps saved to the SD card?

I ended up fixing that problem. Now my issue is with Titanium Backup. It won't let me move apps to sd. I am moving my sd files to my cpu, reformatting, and then reloading and see if that works.
