Root rooted and now dead

I've rooted my galaxy y and using CWM I installed a custom rom named elegance, but I didn't like it so I tried re-installing my stock rom. just then I realized that I haven't created any backup of my custom rom.
so what I did is that I downloaded a new rom named jellynoid and tried installing it. but it didn't install and the same elegance rom continued.(don't know why)
so, then I formatted my device again in CWM.. I formatted my system, cache, dalvik, stats, everything
I tried again to install jellynoid, yeah it installed as earlier but..... this time... my device is not starting now... it's not going further and is stilled at 'Samsung GALAXY y GT-S5360!!

please reply soon.. it's very urgent
because I don't have any other phone and I'm the single earning member of the family and my work relies a lot on my mobile..

Pull the battery, then reboot back into recovery. Did you wipe data in all that wiping (the most important )? If not, do so then see whether it will boot.

Otherwise do a factory reset and reinstall Elegance - that way you have a working phone at least. Then you can find something you like better.
