Root Rooted Bionic on stock ICS - help me maximize performance!

Hi group,

I am running the OTA ICS from VZW on my rooted Bionic. Aside from an entirely different rom, I'd like to hear the community's recommendations on how I can maximize performance and battery life. Please indulge me and list your opinions on the best apps/mods that I can/should perform!

I have free CWM Rom Manager and full TiBu installed, as well as SU v3.1.3 (not elite) and Bionic Bootstrapper. I am not afraid to apply patches, and understand the caveats involved. That said, help me pimp this thing out as much as possible!

The launcher I use is Apex pro and themed with crystal black HD.

I prefer chrome as my daily browser but if I need flash support will switch to stock.

For text chomp sms works best for me. But go SMS is also good

Over clocking is not worth it on the blind

For file manger I used root explorer.

As for piping it I changed all my system apps to inverted (black on white instead of the opposite)
