Root Rooted but no root access?

Lurker
Woke up this morning to superuser force closing, set cpu force closing, and all of my root apps telling me I don't have root access. I've been rooted since I got the phone 8 months ago and I'm really stumped. I can't boot into recovery, I can't reboot into recovery, none of my back up apps will let me restore.

What should I do here? I can't find an answer

Okay, I think I got it figured out to the point where root apps are functioning again. I don't know why SU keeps force closing at the allow/deny screen, but at least I got things working again for now. Thanks

could try running fix permissions from rom manager or recovery also.

Yea this fix is essentially what I did:

-Cleared data in manage applications
-Updated SU in market
-Ran SU without force close (this was the hardest part to get through...)
-In preferences changed automatic permissions to "allow"

I get lag on load sometimes, but no fc and everything works again. Seems like a bad update from SU.
