Root Rooted - Can I allow latest software update?

Hi all,
I've been running a rooted HTC Desire for a while now(rooted with unrevoked)
It's not had any alternative roms applied (as far as I know) - see below

I'm getting the following message about a new update being available:

My question is, am I ok to install the update or will it screw up my phone?

If anyone needs any additional info, just ask.

Once rooted you can not apply OTA Updates.

p.s. you need to charge your phone

Deffo not - no OTA updates on rooted devices AFAIK!
