Root Rooted/ Cannot connect to any router

GPS2600

Lurker
A few days ago I noticed my LG motion would not connect with my Home wifi. I tried connecting to other routers. It will not connect to any router even open access points. :(

The phone is rooted using this method Root the LG Motion 4G - Android Evolved

but I also get an error when installing superuser.apk it states "There is no su binary installed and SuperSU cannot be installed"

I know the superuser issue is not causing the WiFi issue.

Has this happened to anyone else? Im thinking the phone may have a hardware defect.

Please help:confused:

Did you install or update busybox?
I have had issues along those lines (not exactly) that evolved after updating busybox
I think certain applets were removed or overwritten in my xbin folder
Edit ,: supersu was not installed at time of root?

sounds like router/modem issue is dhcp related and may just require a restart.

did it work then you rooted and noticed it stopped? or have you never been on your home wifi with the device.

where did you get this superuser.apk from you dont need to install any apk just follow the directions and your rooted.

after you run root.bat and it reboots you are done.

just uninstall IS11LG_SystemBackupTest.signed.apk and do not open it

I am lost. Started the process of elimination,no questions were answered
Seems you got root files from 2 different sites which is more confusing
The error
Is this an error that occured while rooting?

from the beginning. The phone was rooted. I noticed some issues, so I unrooted the phone by flashing the original firmware to the phone. I follow this web site http://androidforums.com/motion-4g-all-things-root/610609-guide-unbrick-unroot-lg-motion-4g-kdz.html then I did a factory reset because i could not connect to home wifi. then I tried to re root the phone following this guide forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1818502 in that guide it says to goto to windows command prompt and run root.bat i did that. and it gave me an error. it could not root the phone correctly

Ok well
About the rooting

Some versions of windows need prompt
Xp needs just click it.other than if you follow root instructions it should wirk
I am not sure about the wifi problem is
