Help [Rooted] Disable Mobile Network

[Eller200]

I have this phone only for the Apps on the market, so I have no payment plan at metropcs. So I want to remove 3G network and disable the mobile network. As I only have use for wireless rounters.

Im using CM7.1-RC1 and it is Rooted.
Android Version: 2.3.4
Model of the Phone: M860

Dialing *#*#4636#*#*, Phone Info>"Turn Off Radio" will make all cell tower (calls, messages, and data (3G, 1X)) signals be diabled. But if you go to settings>wireless and networks>mobile networks>data enabled> take off the check on "data enabled" you will just turn off data.
