Root Rooted - Does not recognize apps on SD card.

I backed up all my apps using Dropbox AND Titanium Pro.

Moved them all to my SD card, so I know they are all there. I see them when I browse my SD card, but my phone does not recognize them.

I have tried removing the SD card, moving the apps manually, but nothing works.

Does anyone have any experience with this problem? I couldn't find any threads that outline the problem I am having. Thanks in advance.

Did you try restoring them with titanium? (menu > batch > restore backups)
You may have to copy everything off the card, reformat it, then copy everything back.
