Rooted Droid 1 to Unrooted Droid 3: Still worth it?

Is there a screen shot option on the power down screen? I thought that might be a GB thing but could be just a CM7 option. Some unrooted phones have screen shot built in. I'm running 2.3.5 on my backup eris and having withdrawls from my X. There is also a cool battery use graph. Is that a GB thing?

There isn't a screenshot option on the powerdown, but there is a battery graph.
