Root Rooted fine, Cyanogen Mod load screen keeps looping though???

Alright,

I used the nexus root toolkit and watched the video by reverendkyle to unlock and root my device.

All went perfectly fine and flawless, until the alcohol overcame me while watching the olympics and I decided to venture further into the toolkit without fully knowing what it is capable of. I did the permanant flash, and then tried installing Cyanogen Mod. I don't have any recollection of how I did it, but I am pretty sure it was done through the toolkit??

Anyways, long story short, my tablet still boots up, but it gets locked on the load screen with the Cyanogen Mod 9 boot screen, wtf. It will loop the load screen until the battery dies. Sometimes the screen will end up going haywire after a few minutes and look like an asteroid field. I called google due to the screen being loose on the right hand side and being able to be pushed in. They agreed it was defective and they offered to replace it under warranty. I am worried about sending the tablet into them with this bootup issue, is there any way I can fix it, or did I royally fudge it up?

Haha, ROMing and drinking. Trust me I've done it plenty of times. ;)

Are you able to boot into bootloader mode? Hold the Volume buttons (both) and power button for ~10 sec? You can do this while it's bootlooping.

Yeah, drinking goes well with many things, but not when tinkering with electronics, haha.

Yes I can, here is what I get when I perform that function:

Alright, you're okay. I ran into this problem the other day when I thought I broke it.
Use the volume buttons and select Restart Recovery with the power button. It should go into CWM. (I had some problems with this too).
From there, HOPEFULLY (;)) you have a back up you can restore. If not, a factory reset may be in order.

There is no option to select restart recovery on that screenshot I sent you? The volume and power buttons do nothing when I press them with that screen being displayed. Am I missing something here?

No backup, I didn't have anything done to the tablet when I rooted it, so I didn't find a need to back it up.

Hmm, actually just did it myself and all I got was the option for "Start" (which I had to very long press the power button for it to reboot).
I'm not sure where to go from here, give me a few to see what I can do.

I feel like I'm rather dead in the water since I am unable to get the tablet into usb debugging mode for the toolkit

You can try using the Nexus tool kit to install stock rom. I'm at work and can't remember for sure, but there is an option to check under restore stock for not booting or something like that. If that works, let it download the stock for you. Everytime I've told it I have the stock file it gets hung on adb.

*****UPDATE*****

I downloaded the toolkit onto my work computer.

I held down both volume keys, and the power button to enter the screen I posted earlier in this thread. I opened up the folder that came with the toolkit named "data". I tried running the fastboot first, it did a couple things, but didnt resolve my issue. I then scrolled down to the option "flashstock" followed the prompts and BAM, it did its thing and now its back to working! Now to unroot it, and send it in for warranty replacement.
