First things first.... if it's getting as far as the bootscreen then it's not bricked. 
What procedure did you use to root the handset? I'm assuming that this occurred on first boot afterwards?

I flashed the radio first then spl-signed and last the ROM. Did everything by the schoolbook except i missed it's a G1 ROM (not for Hero)
I can't access fastboot or recovery now..

I have a feeling that, if you've flashed the SPL with an incompatible version, it may be irrecoverable.
There's an unlocked SPL available for the Hero here which you may be able to install. Then you could try reflashing the latest radio and generic rooted ROM from here. With a bit of luck this might resurrect your handset. Otherwise all I can suggest is trying the latest HTC RUU update package, but I'm not sure if that will fix the SPL issue; I think it updates the radio though.

I tried a few things last night and here is the result.

What happens when you power on whilst holding the BACK button? Do you get to the bootloader menu?
I'm no expert but it doesn't sound hopeful. Sorry I can't be of more help.
