ok i know im a little off subject but i gotta incredible that my cousin gave me and its rooted. ive never had a rooted phone. it wont connect to my home wifi for some reason. i even changed the password. still wont connect. can anyone help me please? thanks

Have you tried other routers? Have you tried turning the encryption off? Do other devices connect to the router okay? Are you getting any error messages when trying to connect?
My first suggestion would be to turn off any security you have on the router and try it. If that doesn't work, factory reset the router (usually a little pinhole in the back of the router). That fixes issues most of the time, even if other devices are connecting fine.
If that doesn't fix it, I'd try flashing cyanogen again, first without wiping data, if that doesn't work, wipe data and flash again.
