Root Rooted, mobile ap error

I am sure this has been answered countless times but I cannot find a thread for it for the life of me!

I recently rooted my phone (for what?Free hotspot!) so, I rooted it. And whilst messing around I may have deleted the application I needed. I deleted the "AT&T hotspot" feature on titanium backup. It will not allow me to restore it and every video I have seen says to "freeze" that application (in which I deleted)
So now when I try to turn on my hotspot on "mobile AP" it just says error.

Any idea how to get this to work without having to reinstall and re-root my phone?

I have an AT&T infuse. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it/you. :)

Or if nothing else provide a good application I can use as a work around. Nothing I use is working and all of the decent ones I'm finding on the market online are not compatible with AT&T.
