Root Rooted, now what?

The absolute best thing you can do is go in to the xperia "All things Root" Section and start talking to them. I don't have and xperia. So I cannot give you near the great information that they can.

Spend some time reading the threads. Maybe check out xda developers as well.
Then ask yourself, " Why did I root?" If you can't answer that after doing a little reading, you don't need to do anything else. If you can answer that question, you will probably find your other questions have already been asked and answered.
It's the old proverb - "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. But TEACH a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."
Reading is FUNdamental!
