Root rooted phone but apps still installting to phone

Hi

I rooted my phone using the guide on this ofrum and also used Gparted to create a primary fat32 & primat EXT4 partition on my memory card.

I installed the F1 Gingerbread V3 rom.

The problem I have is that apps are still installing to the phone instead of the memory card.

What have I done wrong? Should I have made the partition EXT3?
