Root Rooted screen issues

Hello,

I have been running the BAMF rom, and my screen has started to have issues. I have been running it for a few months and have had only a few issues. Recently I have had a few problems with the screen, there seems to be a few dead spots, and it will also jump around and freeze on me. My question is does anyone thing unrooting it will fix this, or should I LOSE my phone and call Verizon and use my insurance for a replacement.

Any info would be helpful...

Most likely this is something that is not ROM related but the best way to check would be to do a nandroid and then load a new rom and see if the dead spots are still there.
 
If you have dead spots I would just unroot and get a warranty replacement. These phones are still under warranty. I am sure its close to a year but not quite. Then when you get your CLN phone root away.

Thank you, the other issue I ran into is that every time I go to unroot, I find a need a file that doesnt seem to be available. Could anyone point me in the right direction?
