Root Rooted service

(long story short) had a rooted esteem. Took it 2 get turned on.. Lady could'nt get service on it.. Thought she broke it, then replaced it..... (now i got myself a 2nd esteem and now im not sure if i should root it)

have anyone had a similar problem, or can tell me whts up, because i definitely wnt 2 root my phone, but not if i cnt get service...

Rooting shouldn't affect whether the phone can get service. Must have been faulty hardware. If you want to play it safe, get it turned on, then root it.

Moved to Esteem - All Things Root for better exposure.

No. Once the device is activated,no reason to unroot.

The only time you need to unroot your device is when you need to take your phone to metro.
Which you should have that problem.
