Rooted Stock Upgrade

[MasterfullDON]

Hi All

I want to Upgrade my S2 from XWKE1 to the new XWKE2, but the issue I have is the following;
1)My Stock OS XWKE1 I have rooted,
2)and uninstalled the preinstalled Software which I was not using,i.e Facebook...etc.

I have not tried up update it yet to XWKE2, but heard a few people bricking their rooted stock devices, Any one care to share or help me out?

I would like to Upgrade it to XWKE2 and Root it again.

I was on XKWE1, I then rooted and removed some system apps. I then updated to XWKE7 and re-rooted with no problems. Not sure about XKWE2, why not just got for XWKE7?
