Root Rooted TELUS Desire: LED Notification

Hello, I've rooted my phone and loaded various ROMs, such as DeFrost, CM6.1, Oxygen 2.0..

However, I've constantly having a LED notification problem
Before I rooted, I've got both green and amber but after rooting I only get amber for charging & sms.

Developers please answer this question!

The green is still there but it flashes so fast and short that you don't notice it, very useless when you want to glance at your phone for messages/calls.

Hey, before I install LED me know, Missed Calls, Handcent SMS, amber light shows up
However, after installing those programs, it doesn't even show amber light.
I'm sure it's not the device's problem because green and amber light works on Sense UI after being rooted (using unrevoked)

any other insights?
