Finally done it - read the guides, read them again and it all worked like a dream. Gold Card made, SD Card swapped and partitioned. Nandroid Backup, Flashed new ROM (latest MIUI - loving it!) and all sweet.

Just wanted to say a really big THANK YOU to all on here who have helped me. I am going to try and help others now!

Seriously guys, am really pleased and very grateful.

Is it sad that we get so excited about gaining mastery over a small piece of electronics?
