Root Rooting a Thunderbolt with ICS?

Hi, I am new to this forum and I have never rooted a phone before so this all very foreign to me. I was wondering if there is a way root my Thunderbolt in one click. I am sure their is a forum on this some where but I can't find one, well at least a current one with ICS loaded. Can someone please guide me. The reason I am looking for one click or a easy method is I don't have a lot of time to research how to root.

If there is no one click options to root my thunderbolt with ICS can someone please point me to a place I can clear directions how to root a Thunderbolt. I know there is a lot of information out there I am just looking for one place that will give me step by step directions. I have been considering paying some one to root my phone but I would really like to know how to do it on my own.

Hi, The main thing I want to do is use my phones hot spot option. I heard the only to do that is by rooting. Is this true?
 
nothing will let you use verizons hotspot other than paying for it.

that said,there are other wireless tether apps,but i cannot really help you there,as it can be considered theft of a service that the carrier offers. but questions about rooting,id be happy to help :)
