rooting and rom instructional video?

Looks like someone made videos for other phones but it would be really really awesome to see someone make a video showing the steps to root a droid and then install nandroid, then the rom or whatever -- basically all the steps to awesomeness.

I would do it myself but I am really bad at comprehending written instructions. I do much much better watching someone do it. Some of the instructions here are very thorough and yet still lack a certain something that would make me feel confident enough to try the steps.

Can someone do this? I would put it up on my site if they needed me to.

I can do the steps involving nandroid, but I'm already rooted and don't really want to unroot and do it all over again.

I would like to see a video too, reading about doing it is one thing. But seeing a video is another, thats probably one thing holding me back from rooting, installing nandroid, installing a rom and oc'ing.

There are a few on youtube but they are not very well done, they take the viewers knowledge for granted and it makes it difficult to follow
